What AI Dots is

AI Dots publishes independent guides and workflow instructions for AI agents. The Workflow Builder runs in your browser and produces text you can copy or download. AI Dots does not run the workflows or connect to your third-party accounts.

Information we process

If you create an account, we process the name, email address, credentials or authentication provider identifiers, and account activity needed to provide access. If you purchase access, we store an order or subscription record, the plan, payment status, and Stripe identifiers needed to grant access and handle support. Stripe processes the payment details; AI Dots does not receive your full card number.

We also process information you send through support, basic request and security logs, and any analytics data if an analytics service is enabled on the site. Do not put sensitive credentials into the Workflow Builder; its output may contain whatever text you enter and choose to copy or download.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide accounts and paid access, respond to support and correction requests, prevent abuse, maintain site security, and understand site performance. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing and retention

Our hosting, authentication, payment, and support providers process information needed to deliver those services. We may disclose information when required by law. Account and billing records are kept while needed for service, support, security, and legal obligations; deleting an account may not immediately remove records we must retain for those purposes.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information by writing to support@ai-dots.org. You can also manage available account details in your account settings. We will explain any legal or technical retention limit when responding to a request.
